Job Summary & Responsibilities Responsible for greeting customers, checking customer identification and rental agreement paperwork, assisting customers as needed, and maintaining security of assets on property.
Greet customers; check customer identification, rental agreement paperwork and vehicle asset number tags are appropriate for exit from lot/movement; ensure smooth transition of vehicles exiting through security gate.
2. Perform company security procedures and measures to mitigate theft of company assets, including locking all vehicles and gates and securing the building facility, as required.
3. Assist customers with directions and other customer service duties.
4. Perform vehicle inventory and sight monitoring of lot.
5. Complete various log sheets and reports in computer system and/or manually.

Qualifications Knowledge and Skill
• Knowledge of car rental operations
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Good organizational skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
• Ability to process all paperwork according to policies and procedures
• Ability to manage stressful and unusual situations while maintaining good customer relations
• Ability to type and perform accurate data entry
• Knowledge and skill in the operation of car rental software and hardware
• Ability to operate radio, security and computer equipment.
Required Education/Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prefer 9 to 12 months car rental experience
• Valid driver's license as required by state
