*Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including Income Statement, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet for consolidated global operations
*Prepare and analyze monthly reports for sales, standard and gross margins, operating expenses and capital expenditures for consolidated global operations
*Analyze sales and standard margin volume, mix, foreign currency impact and price variances against benchmarks for consolidated global operations
*Contribute to cross-functional project teams for key strategic business initiatives providing a financial perspective
*Participate in budget planning cycles including preparation, review and analysis of sales units, revenue, standard and variable cost of goods sold, operating and non-operating expenses, balance sheet metrics and financial statements for consolidated global operations
*Ad hoc financial analysis
*Partner with Transactional Accounting to ensure alignment with corporate accounting structure and hierarchy
*Active support of Americas SBU
*Requires BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferably a MBA or CPA
*Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills
*Advanced communication skills which reach across time zones and cultures
