Our client, a large private equity firm located in Fairfield County, has an immediate need for a Manager of Fund Accounting to join their growing department. Day to day responsibilities will include staff management of 4 fund accountants, financial statement preparation, NAV calc's, month/quarter/year end close, maintenance of the general ledger, management fee calculations, management of annual audits, partner allocations, and adhoc projects upon request. This is a great opportunity for a manager in a big 4 accounting firm to transition into a corporate accounting lifications:* Big Four Accounting is a must with extensive financial services clients * CPA is required* Excellent presentation and communication skills required* 10-15 years of total work experience
