Highly-Acclaimed, Rocky Mountain Environmental and Energy Consultant is actively seeking a Senior Mining Project Manager - RCRA/CERCLA to join its growing team in Denver, lified applicants will offer a BS Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Management, or related field (MS Degree Preferred) and have 8+ years of project management and environmental consulting experience - candidates must have 8 years of proven experience running client project work as a Project Manager; mining experience is required for this position. Professional registration is preferred for this position and candidates will offer experience managing a RCRA clean-up program as well as offer specific experience supporting mining clients and projects. Any experience supporting litigation and working with attorneys is also s position will report directly to the General Manager of the Denver operations and will support a large client/project in Denver (Industrial Phosphate Processing Facility) as well as support growing a client base in the Rocky Mountain Region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of project management, client management, and overall operations wledge, Skills, and Abilities for this Position Include:- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with clients and management at all levels.- Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Expert knowledge of environmental laws and regulations such as CERCLA, RCRA, and CWA management, data evaluation and report preparation within the mining industry.- Advanced computer use and application skills required, including MS Word and MS Excel.- Must be able to make trips to local sites and travel via air and land to other client sites throughout the United States (25% Travel).- Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities effectively to achieve business outcomes. - Relevant experience in a similar project manager s position can interview and start immediately.
