Argus Technical Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter for our Appleton office. This person must have a minimum of one to three years of successful recruiting experience; ideally working with candidates at all levels of Engineering and/or Manufacturing. The Recruiter must be motivated and passionate about their work with the ability to do what it takes to find qualified candidates for our clients. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to include a base salary and commission package providing unlimited earning potential. Candidates must possess: Strong verbal and written communications skills. Person must be able to talk and work with individuals at all levels. Tenacious in seeking out candidates as well as qualifying them. Never leave a stone unturned. Strong business acumen Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of products and the Internet Professional demeanor.
