Our client, in the Lowell area, is looking for a Level 2 helpdesk person on a contract-to-permanent basis.
This individual should have experience with Windows 7 XP over wide area networks.
Remote Desktop Duties and Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues - Research questions using available information resources - Advise user on appropriate action - Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, or electronically - Follow standard help desk procedures - Log all help desk interactions - Administer help desk software - Redirect problems to appropriate resource - Perform other related duties as required or directed.
