Location and team Join the team that is helping PECO's commercial and industrial customers save energy and money. KEMA is seeking a business analyst to be based in Chalfont, PA. This position includes the following responsibilities:
Tasks may include
Analyze program data such as energy savings, incentive calculations, application status and other metrics to create management reports and streamline operations.
Perform a variety of data quality control checks to assure the validity of data entered into the program tracking system.
Identify trends in program performance and create program performance benchmarks.
Identify and create specifications for data base improvements.
Perform quality control on program data prior to developing monthly reports, regulatory reports and invoices.
Develop spreadsheet models.
Perform database (Access or Oracle) queries and program data analysis as requested from client.
Perform statistical analysis and modeling of billing and other utility data using SAS.
Provide flexible support to other team members on an as-needed basis.
What we're asking Requirements include:
Minimum 2 - 5 years related experience
Bachelors degree; analytical discipline preferred
Strong working knowledge of database and analysis tools such as Access, Oracle and Excel, and demonstrated analytical skills to solve business issues.
Energy efficiency experience is preferred, and the ability to learn how energy savings are calculated is required.
The successful candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills for customer and client interactions.
Most importantly, this individual should display a positive, team-oriented attitude to match our friendly work environment.
This is a US-based position; applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. and will be required to pass a background check and drug test.
