A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FLORAL HOME CARE (a new Licensed Home Care Service Agency) in the Bronx is currently seeking to hire certified HHAs to care for older adults, in their home environment, throughout the Bronx. Come and grow with us!! HOME HEALTH AIDES Provide routine, personal healthcare to elderly, convalescent, or disabled persons in the home of patients or in a residential care facility. The primary role of the Home Health Aides is to perform assistive duties, such as personal hygiene, grooming, transfers (bed to chair), range-of-motion exercises (moving the joints), and proper positioning of the patient. HHAs can take vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, and temperature), change non-sterile dressings (coverings for wounds), and assist with oral medications.
