HR Manager

Manages and coordinates all aspects of the HR function for the Program and provides direction and leadership in the management of and compliance with associated program initiatives. Responsible for the development and implementation of program procedures. Revises processes and procedures to support strategic objectives. Directs and participates in the development and establishment of organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the program's goals and objectives. Maintains a current working knowledge of state, federal, local and international laws as they pertain to the HR function in order to ensure program compliance. Conducts new hire orientation and needed training course. Conducts all aspects of compensation planning, including job description benchmarking, statistical analysis and trending. Plans and conducts employee relations activities included but not limited to the following: All hands meetings, employee roundtable meetings and employee engagement activities. Manages HR Business Partners.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications: Human Resources experieince working on government contracts, specifically on DoD maintenance programs.
