Human Resource Manager – Royston, GA
Royston LLC, a well-established, growth oriented, multi-plant manufacturer of merchandising and checkout equipment for grocery, convenience and mass merchant retailers, has an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager based in our Royston, Georgia location. Royston is a vertically integrated manufacturer, providing design to installation services. Our customers include Wal-Mart, 7-Eleven, Target, and many well-known grocery retailers across the country.
The HR Manager will have full HR Generalist responsibility for a plant of approximately 250 employees. Candidates should have experience in all areas of Human Resources, including safety and workers compensation.
Manufacturing experience required

Requirements:
The requirements for this position include:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5 – 7 years H.R. management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical knowledge of Human Resources specialties including: employment law, employee relations, management and organizational development, training, benefits and compensation.
- Strategic HR experience required.
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation and OSHA regulations
- Experience facilitating a safety team and conducting safety training.
- Recruiting experience with direct hire and contract labor.
- Coaching, counseling, negotiating and conflict management skills.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing.
