Kelly Services is currently seeking a highly motivated leader to manage the Kelly Services Information Technology Resources division in the Raleigh/Durham area. This direct hire opportunity offers a competitive base salary + bonus, benefits and opportunity for upward mobility.
Desirable qualifications and experience:
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of sales experience and a B.S. degree or equivalent experience (technical staffing experience preferred).
Business to business sales experience in the IT staffing industry is highly desirable.
A strong background in developing business opportunities is required.

You must have strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer satisfaction skills.

Position description:
Managing a P&L for this IT staffing district, growing sales, leading a team in developing new business, and cultivate/grow revenue in client accounts.
Playing an integral role with the company and in its growth.
Incorporating effective strategic selling skills to achieve sales objectives and profitable market share in your assigned territory.
Following the sales cycle from beginning to end including initial contact, client needs analysis, creating proposals, creating and conducting multi-media presentations.
Focusing sales activities to meet branch, regional and divisional goals; developing in conjunction with the Territory Manager, solid strategic sales plans; assessing the needs of each customer and selling to those needs; conducting sales and service calls; and preparing weekly sales reports, summaries and analyses.
