Our Inside Sales Managers are key individuals that contribute directly to the company’s goal of becoming the number one satellite TV provider in the United States. As front line management, this individual will be responsible for teaching, developing, leading, and motivating a team of DISH Network Inside Sales Associates and Leads. Sales Managers will supervise and coordinate activities to ensure that department goals are met and surpassed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversees and communicates Sales performance objectives to Inside Sales team.
Ensure adequate standards are met for attendance, payroll, performance documentation and other established processes.
Drives results through leadership, guidance, mentoring and quantitative feedback to employees
Communicates effectively with internal team, management, other departments and external customers.
Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager including planning, evaluating, controlling and tracking against goals, budget, and timetables.Meets or exceeds sales performance goals.
Travels, as required, to attend meetings and conduct company business.
Properly analyze and communicate sales results, productivity, and quality.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 5+ years related experience and 5 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
