Installer Helper - Reno, Nevada Advanced Classroom Technologies, Inc. is expanding it’s service and installation division. We market, service and install Promethean products. The Promethean Activclassroom and peripheral accessories is the most exciting technology available to the K12 classroom today. As a turnkey, Gold Reseller, ACT represents Promethean products in 4 states, Alaska, Washington, Oregon and Nevada, and has doubled in size each of the last 3 years. We currently have an opening for an Installer Helper in Marysville, WA. The appropriate candidate will assist Installers with the installation of ActivClassroom interactive whiteboards, projectors, audio systems, software and pull cable. This is an entry-level position with possible room for advancement. Additionally, there is room for advancement to manage teams for larger K12 classroom rollouts. Together with your team members you will perform installations, and act as the company representative with the clients when necessary, oversee quality control, handle all administrative duties, adhere to all company policies and procedures and always maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Hours: During the school year, September to June, the bulk of the installations take place between 3 - 11 PM . June, July and August installations are during the ely will you be required to work weekends. Requirements: Ability to follow directions. Professional demeanor when representing the company with clients. Ability to be “on the road†approximately 50% of the time. Some familiarity with audio/visual equipment and/or software installation. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift 75 pounds. Must be detail-oriented. Must be responsive, both to clients needs and company responsibilities. Pass a background and drug screening.
