Our Internet Sales Representatives work in our Business Development Center (BDC). Murphy Ford’s BDC is an essential part to our dealership.
Internet Sales Representatives will be responsible for:
Answering inbound sales phone calls
Responding to and following up with internet customer leads via email and phone
Following up with previous customers via phone and email
Scheduling appointments for customers to meet with a Sales Specialist
Verifying information collected by Sales Specialists from showroom ups
Participating in ongoing training
Continually increasing the numbers of appointments set as well as shows
This is considered to be a part-time position from 25-35 hours per week
Pay plan consists of a hourly wage plus monthly bonuses

Requirements:
Internet Sales Representatives Job Requirements:
Possesses strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Is a self-motivator who can work independently as well as be a contributing member to a team
Can demonstrate a strong work ethic
Has a vibrant personality with the ability to overcome objections
Prior phone and email experience is a plus although training will be provided
