IT Administrator (Microsoft Engineer)
The position will provide global support for users and systems with the following responsibilities: * Provide server administration duties including the configuration and maintenance of Windows Server 2003, 2008, Exchange Server 2007, Microsoft Terminal Server and Citrix Server * Build, configure and document Windows Servers with minimum supervision * Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop, networking, telephony and other IT-related problems for end users * Day-to-day administration of the Nagios and other monitoring environments * Setup, configure and monitor end-to-end system performance and reliability monitoring utilizing 3rd party tools * Plan, coordinate, communicate and execute releases of application and system updates * Automate processes utilizing various scripting languages * Ensure all backups, testing, and remediation are performed regularly * Manage small to large data center environments * Other duties as needed and assigned per management
