Provides support to Principal Consultants in the execution of key projects aligned to WLP priorities. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Documenting business processes, analyzing financial and operational data, developing recommendations based on data analysis, leading work streams / owning key deliverables, understanding and reporting on key metrics, identifying areas of opportunities for continuous improvement and identifying root causes were appropriate. Highly analytical with an aptitude for translating complex information into presentation-friendly formats. Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software required. Ability to manipulate large sets of data. Strong problem solving skills and a "do it, try it or fix it" mentality. Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodology preferred.



Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or Business Administration: 5+ years of relevant experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred. Ability to travel 50%- 75% of the time.
