Are you currently seeking a new temp to hire opportunity in the South Puget Sound area? Volt Workforce Solutions is working with a top supplier of quality airline products in seeking a Laminator to support their local team. The Laminator will perform a variety of techniques to laminate composite components according to drawings and specifications using standard work procedures. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: * Lay-up composite materials on mandrels according to manufacturing plan, drawings and specifications; check mandrels for any discrepancy; check part number on mandrel to make sure it matches part number on manufacturing plan. * Verify materials being used are according to manufacturing plan. * Insure any in-process inspections have been completed. * Report all production discrepancies and schedule concern to supervisor. * Verify part ID tag and sign off work performed according to specifications. * Adheres to schedules and time allowances for production requirements. * Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental control standards. * Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes workplace safety. * Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Requirements: Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED. * Previous experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities.
