Logistics Management Analyst 5
Northrop Grumman Technical Services is seeking a Logistics Management Analys 5 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals who provide Logistics Support, Aircraft Systems Integration, and Maintenance Support for assigned systems
through analysis of Engineering Data Packages and Customer Directives. Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position. Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards. Develop new applications based on professional principles and theories. Demonstrates skill and ability to analyze and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Able to communicate effectively at the highest levels. Viewed as expert in field within the corporation. Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness. Challenges are frequently unique and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions. Works under consultative direction toward long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self-initiated with considerable latitude for independent judgment. Virtually self-supervisory. Decisions affect the financial, employee, or public relations posture of the organization. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would normally result in failure to achieve goals critical to the major objectives of the organization. Serves as prime consultant and external spokesperson for the organization on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.
Interpret Engineering Data and translate it into processes, procedures, tech data, and training material. Manage performance metrics and additional supportability, quantitative reporting, and assessment measurements. Manage data entry for Fleet Management Tool. Performs maintenance validation and verification of developed procedures. Perform continuous improvement of standard practices, processes and software utilization, data interchange systems, electronic data systems administration and related functions.
Basic Qualifications: 15 with Bachelor's Degree; 13 years with Master's Degree. Complete understanding of tech data and trainng development. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as oral and written communication skills are required. Candidate must possess and be able to maintain a minimum Secret Security Clearance. Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days- a-week, 365 days a year. Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport, accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 120 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements such as chemical warfare training and immunizations that may include anthrax and smallpox. Must meet medical requirements for worldwide travel.
Preferred Qualifications: Active Top Secret clearance
