M&A Banker, Oil and Gas
An Investment bank focused on Project Finance Advisory has recently closed a significant Project Finance deal leading to an equity infusion into the firm, and is now able to hire an investment banker.
They seek a high caliber banker focused on M&A transactions in Oil and Gas. This individual is expected to produce revenue, must bring accounts with him. An individual who is more junior and has few accounts could also work as long as he recognizes he/she is joining the team to build out the M&A Business. They have Project Finance capabilities and want to add M&A.
There is a relaxed office culture with no HR department and no corporate office policies. He/She will be one of two breadwinners and four support staff. The expectation in first years revenues is about $3M.
