Position Description 1. Perform minor preventive maintenance duties on vehicles, forklifts and other related equipment including oil changes and air hose changes. 2. Repair and testing of welder Leads, small tools, air tools and cordless electric tools. 3. Assist Maintenance personnel with major maintenance projects as directed. 4. Maintain building and grounds including mowing grass, weed trimming and spraying, snow removal using a shovel and/or snow blower. 5. Cleaning of waste water treatment tanks and equipment. 6. Assume additional responsibilities as needed.
Position Requirements 1. Must possess basic mechanical skills. 2. Must be able to work at heights of up to 25. 3. Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures as required. 4. Must be able to stand, walk and climb on or around equipment as needed. 5. Must be able to lift and carry objects or equipment that weigh up to 50 pounds as needed. 6.
