Manager – Instructional Design/Digital Media
24+ year-old company specializing in providing training to the banking and financial services industry has an immediate opening for a Manager of the Instructional Design, Technology and Creative Team located in our Fort Washington, PA office.
We are seeking a full-time employee who will serve as the manager for the Design and Creative Team. This person will be a part of a collaborative team that is responsible for developing and providing recommendations for interface design, design of course materials and activities, as well as be versed in Adobe and other technology tools used to develop interactive and digital media course content. This person will explore new technologies for potential application to the design, development and delivery of the company’s online and on-site training courses.
This person will manage an initial team of 3 people reporting directly to the Chief Learning Officer; and will work closely with the Manager of Instructional Design & Content and the content development team in the assembly and instructional design side of content development.
Job Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree is required.
Prior management experience is required.
3-5 years working with instructional design, digital media and web-based education is preferred.
Preference will be given to those with a master’s degree in educational technology, instructional design or a related field.
Experience in the banking industry and familiarity with financial industry regulatory and compliance courses is preferred.

This is a full-time, staff position located in Fort Washington, PA. Salary $45-$50k based on experience. Company-paid PTO and medical benefits.
