BioLife Plasma Services is a leader in operating high quality plasmapheresis centers throughout the United States and we are looking for Manager Trainees. These positions are perfect for college graduates or for anyone looking to advance their career.
Candidates will attend our Manager Trainee program for a period of time not to exceed 12 months. They must be willing to relocate at completion of the training program. The Manager Trainee would then have an additional 6 months to establish a management position in any of our 60+ locations across the United States. Upon completion of the program, a Manager Trainee would then fill a management role within the organization and be responsible for assisting in managing the daily operations of a plasma collection facility, including the financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, customer service, personnel and facilities management functions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline or a minimum of three years of supervisory work experience, preferably in a medical or other regulated field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in plasma center operations is highly desirable.
Ability to relocate after the training program is complete.
