Marketing Account Manager
has immediate openings for highly-talented and driven marketing account managers to work directly with the online Business Development Team in support of our customers and clients. Primary requirements are strong customer service skills and a high level of intelligence.
Online experience and understanding pay-per-click metrics is a plus. Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills and an understanding of traditional and non-traditional marketing concepts and techniques. You must be able to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment and able to change gears and priorities as they occur; handle multiple projects including: creating marketing communications, running reports and analyzing trends, coordinating and communicating with customers, identifying business opportunities, performing competitive analysis and assisting with the management of advertising relationships.
Job responsibilities include:
Assist Marketing & Communications with the development and execution of effective and profitable marketing and communication programs.
Assist with the creation and launch new marketing materials to support new and existing areas of our business.
Build relationships with the Sales Team to support their revenue objectives.
Assist with corporate website needs, ensuring that content remains up to date and fresh.
Run campaign reports, analyze trends and identify new ways to grow our business.
Support our client/advertising relationships by understanding and executing on business requirements.
Requirements:
Engaging personality and committment to customer service and satisfaction
B2B experience preferably in online interactive environments
Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high-quality results.
Quick learner and easily adaptable to changing business conditions
Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to write advertising copy, as well as other marketing materials.
Strong verbal, written and analytical skills.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Management, Communications or related field.
Experience with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Charting and Reporting
Knowledge of e-mail marketing and other on line advertising principals.
