Marketing Communications Coordinator Seeking a Marketing Specialist for a contract position available with a leading medical device company in north Boulder. Are you a creative person with a passion for working in a fast paced marketing environment supporting design, marketing and corporate branding projects? This job may be a great match for you. We are seeking someone with the desire to support a creative team through project support/management tasks, creating presentations, editing marketing collateral and files, work in the Digital Asset Management System, and coordinate marketing and communications related corporate activities for an internal marketing and communications department for a global Medical Device company. Job Summary:
coordinate corporate marketing activities
assist with the document approval process using the document management system
assess project priorities and provide creative team with daily direction
track and report on project status using Workamajig project management system and other scheduling tools
Assist with creative writing, proof reading and editing tasks
create powerpoint presentations
various additional assignment as needed to support department and MarComm managers
manage miscellaneous requests to find photo options, locates files in archives, minor edits to documents and creative files as needed.
asset with data filing and archiving, transfer existing files and post new files to new digital asset manager system
Requirements:
1-3 years of working experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative oriented role
bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or business
strong communication skills written and verbal
ability to multitask and work in a fast paced work environment
positive attitude and ability to work in a supportive role on a team
experience with Adobe products i.e. the Creative Suite
