Marketing Coordinator
Function as liaison between International and Domestic departments (marketing, product development, packaging, legal, regulatory, operations, inventory control, and QC).
Help develop and track the performance of infomercials and kit configurations for assigned brands in all markets.
Drive and support marketing initiatives in all International markets, including website, print ads, banner ads, etc.
Liaise with our domestic teams to organize, review, and approve brand specific artwork, maintain international artwork archive, and traffic artwork overseas and to International vendors as needed.
Create and distribute Substantiation Binders for all assigned brands and new show versions as needed, working closely with domestic and international regulatory, multiple domestic departments, international production, and operations.
Route all localized collateral, artwork, website, and associated revisions through proper approval for celebrity and claims review.
Approve and code marketing invoices for accounts payable.
Experience with Skincare or Cosmetic products a plus.
General knowledge of marketing terminology and product development processes a plus.
Prior international marketing experience a plus.
Must be able to work well in a liaison role with multiple departments and cultures.
Must have the ability to work independently as well as a team player.
Proficiency in verbal and written communications with strong organization skills required.
