The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) International Strategic Partnerships (ISP) organization seeks to fill the position supporting Middle East Alliances. The person selected for this position will have the following responsibilities: Develop and analyze business cases aimed at simultaneously realizing Boeings industry objectives and driving business growth. Assess and investigate potential markets and opportunities within markets. Research and analyze information about the market environment and about competitors products and services, to improve competitive position, and to secure customer and partner commitments on behalf of The Boeing Company. Work very closely with internal Boeing organizations such as BDS Strategy and Business Capture, BDS three core businesses, Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Boeing International, to understand and support Boeings business objectives in the Middle East. Interact regularly with external industry and government stakeholders to foster positive relationships and build Company presence. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously across disparate time zones, locations, and internal and external stakeholder groups. Articulately communicate, through reports, presentations and verbal means, across differences in culture, seniority level, and professional background.

It is anticipated that to properly execute these responsibilities regular travel into the region (approximately 5 times per year) would be required. The individual selected for this position must demonstrate the following: The ability to analyze and build business cases often with limited information on the prospective market, partner(s), and / or government customers requirements. The confidence and competence to interact at senior levels with government officials, representatives from industry, and Boeing executives. The ability to listen to internal stakeholders and external partners and customers, and to address their needs. The ability to initiate and advance partner relationships and build trust. The aptitude to verify, evaluate and apply detailed partner knowledge and market insights to support campaign activity, Boeings long range business plan and various levels of strategy development.

Typical Education/Experience

A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Level 5 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 12 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
