The eCommerce Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing (among self and team) a deep understanding of online marketing best practices and best in class benchmarking. He/She will execute customer web and email campaigns to help meet key objectives including increasing engagement and brand sentiment, improving customer satisfaction, decreasing churn and driving upgrades. This individual will work across the business to ensure successful launches and ongoing management of marketing promotions within the existing customer web space. The team requires a specialist with strong project management skills, communication proficiency and attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Manages existing customer site and email campaigns, including the eNewsletter and email opt-in goals with the objectives to mitigate churn and improve customer satisfaction.
· Acts as liaison between Retention Marketing and eCommerce to evaluate churn and call in rate trends to determine execution of associated online tactics.
· Proactively monitors daily, weekly, monthly performance of campaigns and works aggressively to maximize performance.
· Responsible for execution of email marketing strategy, supporting the company's reach, sales, and retention objectives.
· Ensures quality and consistency of content on the website and develops and maintains standards.
· Consistently monitors competitor activity and best in class practices on other customer web spaces to benchmark our progress and outline actionable next steps to ensure we are best in class.
· Manages both internal clients and external vendors to accomplish project goals within deadlines.
· Develop and maintain campaign dashboards.
· Creates online and email surveys to consistently monitor web and email initiatives against established goals.
· Delivers and executes campaigns and projects under tight timeframes and within budget.
· Identifies customer needs and problems and responds immediately with strategies to satisfy their needs and maintain customer satisfaction.

BA/BS from four year college or university – business, communications, or techincal degree preferred
0-4 years experience in marketing & communications, strategic planning, or similar field preferred
