Mgr-Project Implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (and/or a minimum of 5 years of related work experience)
- Demonstrated ability to develop teams and individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others in a technical environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments.
- Proven track record of meeting goals and objectives while insuring compliance to company policies/practices.
- Experience with capital and expense budget management.
- Experience with cell site and MSC construction.
- Solid understanding of asset management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office software (Excel, MS Project and Word).
- Prior management experience is desirable.- Manage all real estate issues for new cell build, existing cell site locations, MSC and in- building projects. The basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to, new cell site leases, in building leases, lease amendments for site modifications, generator additions, lease renewals, lease renegotiations and management of lease information. Manage the Real Estate costs and the Rent and Lease budget for the region.
- Coordinate and oversee third party general contractors responsible for the civil construction of cell sites and MSC buildings.
- Coordinate installation of equipment by third party vendors associated with modification to existing cell sites including equipment additions, equipment changes, antenna modifications, and generator additions.
- Review of architecture and engineering drawings associated with cell site and MSC locations.
- Administration of competitive bidding processes for selection of third party general contractor and installation vendors.
- Manage relationships with vendors that provide construction and installation services, including development of new vendor relationships.
- Project management of civil construction associated new cell sites construction, MSC building construction and various implementation projects.
- Administration of compliance with EPA regulations associated with generators and batteries.
- Assist in the preparation of annual Capital & Expense Budgets. Actively track project funding and spending levels to ensure Capital Budgetary targets are being met and/or exceeded.
- Ensure the retirement, transfer and/or disposal of assets is completed in strict accordance with established asset management and environmental guidelines.
