Creighton Farms' $11,000,000 clubhouse is opening this March and its new 120 seat restaurant and bar needs experienced line cooks looking to establish this upscale restaurant as one of the area's finest.
You'll be working with an experienced management and kitchen team that is poised to make Creighton Farms Northern Virginia's number one private club. The restaurant will offer an upscale American Bistro Style menu and has an excellent wine program.

Requirements:
At a minimum line cooks are required to and should able to:
Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
Restock all items as needed throughout shift.
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
Properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
Have a basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
Have an understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.

Creighton Farms Club is a luxury gated community in the scenic pastoral landscape of the Virginia Piedmont. The high end atmosphere at the club promotes a service culture where attention to detail is valued. Construction is complete on a new 30,000 square foot clubhouse that is set to open this winter. The clubhouse will include a grill room, pub, pro shop, 9 guest rooms, a fitness center, and locker room facilities.
