Candidates will be placed in assignments by considering individual skills, relevant project/work experience, and interests. New College Graduates will receive a variety of challenging assignments, and will have the opportunity to advance their knowledge and grow their careers.
Required Qualifications: • Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited program
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
• Strong interest in automotive industry
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Computer proficient (including spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and database applications)
• Other Engineering degrees from an ABET accredited university programs (Aerospace/Aeronautical, Agricultural, Biomedical/Biomechanical/Bioengineering, Chemical, Civil, Materials, Metallurgical) may be considered by the recruiting organization if the candidate exhibits the desired characteristics to fill an opening within the Vehicle Engineering enterprise.
Preferred Qualifications: • Previous internship with an Automotive Manufacturer
