Announcing Houstons newest, state of the art skilled nursing facility BRIDGECREST REHABILITATION SUITES! With an anticipated opening date of June 2013, we are currently searching for a talented and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to make this building a rousing success!
Bridgecrest Rehabilitation Suites will be a 130 bed, skilled rehabilitation nursing center with 40 private suites, state of the art equipment and of course a beautiful new building filled with possibilities!� This is a great opportunity for someone to get in on the ground floor of a start up building! The Nursing Home Administrator will play a key role in developing relationships with the community and physicians, help recruit a high performance team, put systems in place and put the finishing touches on this beautiful new building! (amongst other duties of course!)

As Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operations, leadership, management and success of the facility. Responsible for financial management, quality assurance, regulatory management, business development goals and maximization of revenue, family relations, resident care. In addition, responsible for attracting and retaining top performing talented team members as well as the supervision and career coaching of team members on staff.

To put you on the road to success, a unique Director of Nursing orientation program was specifically developed by the DON Advisory Board. This program is designed to familiarize you with the systems and�introduces�all of the valuable�resources available to you.� Our orientation program will help to provide answers and resources from the very beginning.��
Salary commensurate with experience.
Eligible to participate in Annual Incentive Compensation Plan.

5+ years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Texas - must have stable work history and the dedication and commitment to lead our healthcare team.
Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee and community relationships strong customer service skills
Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures
Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities.
Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
