Job Summary: Provides comprehensive occupational therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also participates in varied department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs within Rehabilitation Services or Mental Health Services. Other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy required.
Licensure: Current OT license in the State of Wisconsin; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR; Valid Wisconsin driver's license for staff that are required to drive during the work day; Current certification by the NBCOT preferred.
