Summary
The Online Marketing Specialist is responsible for the overall administration and management of our DishLATINO web analytics platform, web advertising, and reporting tools. The successful candidate will be a strong, hands-on leader able to provide meaningful and actionable insights regarding our website and online marketing efforts. He/she must have prior web analytics and campaign analysis experience.
Description
· Provide daily tracking and analysis of online marketing campaigns (SEM, SEO, Online media)
· Provide daily tracking, analysis and reporting of web site activity
· Support online improvements by analyzing trends, benchmarking and monitoring performance
· Build and maintain executive reports and dashboards
· Coordinate and maintain site tagging requests
· Continually optimize campaigns by testing, analyzing target criteria, content, landing pages, forms etc. to increase conversions, lead generation, and call reductions
· Collaborate with other analysts to integrate offline initiatives to maximize reach and effectiveness of all marketing campaigns
· Serve as subject matter expert and promote best practices for site analytics
BA/BS in marketing or computer science with 2+ year online marketing experience
Strong Excel experience
Proven ability working in fast paced matrix environment with shifting priorities while managing both strategic and tactical deliverables
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required
