Looking to join a fast paced, team orientated inbound call center environment? Do you enjoy helping customers and troubleshooting their problems? TTI Floor Care North America, better known for our flagship brands Hoover® and Dirt Devil®, is currently seeking dependablePart-Time Customer Service Representativesat our corporate office in Glenwillow (Solon) between the hours of10:30 am-7:00 pmMonday-Friday; approximately 20-30 hours/week. We offer flexibility and our employees are 401k eligible after 30-days of employment. Starting wage is at $9.00 per hour (no benefits). Bilingual skill (English & Spanish) a plus, but not required. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities * Answer phones professionally * Respond to customer inquiries * Research required information using available resources * Handle and resolve customer complaints * Provide customers with product and service information * Process orders, forms and applications * Identify and escalate priority issues * Route calls to appropriate resource * Follow up customer calls where necessary * Interpret instructions from a manual and basic product diagrams Job Requirements :
