Job Summary: This is a travel assignment. In this position, you'll locate correct medication and strength, measure appropriate quantity, and place in containers, labeling for pharmacist review. You'll also enter data into patient's file.
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 40 hour work week
Minimum Requirements: 1-2 years' experience and certification or registration. ND Pharmacy tech license. IV training - be familiar with USP 797 guidelines; ADC experience. Filling omnicell, mixing IV's; manual debiting and credentialing when needed. Answering phones; inputting and sending medication order. Filling outpatient hospice prescriptions; monitoring outdates; Unit dosing medication; working with telepharmacy when pharmacist not available. Omnicell; NuAire Isolator Barrier; Meditech 5.6 pharmacy system.
