We are currently seeking a Physician to work in the role of Collaborating Physician at our employee health center in Jefferson City, MO. This is a per diem position covering for our current collaborating physician on an as needed basis for vacation and absences.
Responsibilities:
The expectation of the PRN physician is to provide backup on-call coverage as collaborating physician to nurse practitioners when the primary collaborating physician is unavailable. There is no on-site requirement, but may be used on site if willing to help with clinic coverage if necessary; must be available by phone during operating hours if on-call.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited medical school
At least three years of post-residency clinical experience Experience in a primary care, urgent care or emergency room setting (Occupational healthcare experience may apply in some clinics)
Licensed to practice medicine in the state within which the site is located
Must be Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Primary Care or Emergency Medicine or Board Eligible in aforementioned practice areas. If Board Eligible, must take certification exam within twelve months of date of hire.
Must have current state and federal DEA certification
Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required
Knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulation
