Under the management of the Director, Product Management - Pro-AV Products, the Product Marketing Manager - Interactive Whiteboard Products is responsible for the development, execution, coordination and deployment of all product related marketing materials from product launch, through product life cycle and end of life, focused specifically on Interactive Whiteboard LCD displays and related their accessories. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement creative marketing materials including: product brochures, specification sheets, web pages (internet and extranet sites), product sales presentations, configuration guides, press releases, use case studies, comparison selling guides, etc. to support the launch and life cycle of each product within the product line, while creating value and competitive differentiation.
Manage outside agency relationships and internal marketing support relationships in the development, creation and deployment of product collateral materials.
Define requirements for and lead the creation effort for product sales training working with cross-functional teams within Sharp Electronics Corporation.
On-going monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on Sharp Interactive Whiteboard sales, competitive products, pricing and promotions.
Maintain database and provide analysis of competitive pricing, advertising, promotional activities.
Assist in the preparation/presentation of special major account presentations.
Assist with major account support needs (e.g. product tests, product delivery coordination, etc.).
Support all applicable trade shows and events.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
BA / BS in business or technology field, MBA desired.
5-7 years product marketing or marketing communications experience - interactive whiteboard and/or display products preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of professional display market and their sales channels.
Background in video display technologies.
Experience in executing and measuring effectiveness of marketing programs and communications.
Ability to analyze internal/external market and sales data to be used for decision-making.
Excellent writing, oral and presentation skills.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Up to 20% travel.
Ability to move heavy equipment and lift up to 75 lbs.
