NeuroRestorative Cedar Rapids, Iowa Position Summary: The primary role of the Program Director is to provide direction, leadership and supervison of the professional staff and other staff at the program site and to carry out operations and quality services to consumers in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal guidelines. Position Summary:
Plans, organizes and directs responsibilities of professional staff to ensure the consumers' personal support/habilitation plans are being carried out always encouraging consumers' choice, empowerment and independence.
enforces company policies and procedures related to program, healthcare and safety of consumers.
Enforces Human Resources, licensure and pay regulations.
Participates in corporate and/or state quality initiatives and ensures implementation.
Assists in the development of the operational budget. Assures that staff adheres to company budgets and resources.
Directs and supervises assigned personnel including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation and training.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Services, social work or related field. Masters Degree preferred.
Five years experience in the human services field.
Once to three years of supervisory experience required.
Valid Drivers License
Acceptable Driving Record
Ability to pass drug screen, background check, fingerprinting and physical.
