The role will be part of the Core Services PMO team, which provides program and portfolio management for crucial Core Services programs. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing program and project management leadership to key initiatives within Core Services. Conducting project kickoff meetings; documenting and tracking progress of program roadmaps; validating and managing project scope; developing and maintaining accurate, detailed project plans; track and resolve schedule and cost variances to project plans; identifying and managing project risks; tracking/managing projects to successful completion; communicating status, issues and risks to project stakeholders. This position will work closely with members of Product Management, Product Development, QA, Site Ops, and others, as well as with all levels of management within the organization. Requirements: . BA/BS degree or equivalent. . Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management experience managing large, highly complex Software Development programs. . Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously, building appropriate processes and tools, and familiarity with standard project management concepts, practices and procedures. . The candidate needs strong analytical and problem solving skills and needs to have experience applying these skills to resolve technical issues. . Strong relationship building and communication skills and the ability to work varying levels of management. Ability to influence peers, managers and directors while dealing with ambiguity. . Ability to function effectively in an energetic, fast paced environment while maintaining excellent organizational skills, focus and attention to detail. . Ability to negotiate priorities across organizations is required. . Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. . PMI Certification or equivalent and experience in SCRUM/Agile development environments strongly desirable.
