Promotions Production Assistant
Set up cables for camera crew on location and in the studios.
Assist camera and sound crew during location recordings.
Arrange sets, props and television lights in accordance with program requirements.
Set up and tear-down of sets/stages/booths/banners/signs and clean up at designated locations.
Attend rehearsals and/or planning meetings.
Check and maintain news vehicles and live trucks service schedule.
Perform minor carpentry work related to set construction and studio equipment.
Responsible for various miscellaneous jobs such as running errands, making copies, transporting crew or equipment as needed and transporting items to/from offices, warehouses and outside locations.
2 years experience in Film, Television or Radio Promotions or Production preferred
Requires good driving record
Ability to communicate in Spanish & English
Must be a good listener, responsible, patient, punctual, organized and willing to learn
Must be a team player capable of working calmly and effectively under pressure
Must be aware and comply with health and safety issues
Available to work different shifts but not limited to weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays
