Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for leading the quality objectives defined by divisional management and applicable quality programs. Assist departments with understanding their role in the division's quality system and facilitate the Corrective/Preventive Action process, and drive the Continuous Improvement Process within the division. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES 1. Continuously improve, process and deliver conforming quality products and services to internal/external Customers per the BRP Quality system. 2. Maintain a quality level of product to meet the demands of the customers and keep warranty costs to a minimum. 3. To keep all levels of management advised of the level of quality being produced and its costs. 4. Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other managers to maximize product reliability and minimize non- value added steps. 5. Work with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts. 6. Coordinate ISO internal and external audits. 7. Designs and implements quality control training programs. 8. Investigates customer complaints regarding quality. 9. Provide effective inspection services and develop improved methods and procedures to control quality of product. 10. Uses computer as necessary to accomplish tasks. 11. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. This may be satisfied by a statement on the employment application or resume. Experience: Seven years related work experience or equivalent. SAP experience is a plus.
