About the Job Our firm provides full-service tax, accounting and bookkeeping services, cash management, budgeting and financial reporting for individuals, trusts and commercial enterprises. We are currently seeking a full time Receptionist/ Front Desk Managerto join our team: We will rely on you to perform the following job functions: Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Take and relay messages Receive and sort mail and deliveries Schedule appointments Greet clients entering the firm and direct them to the correct destination Deal with queries from the public and clients Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness Provide general administrative and clerical support, including collating tax returns Organize conference and meeting room bookings and catering Control inventory relevant to the kitchen and reception area Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Ability to multi-task Strong oral and written communication Attention to detail Personable and able Interact with a variety of people in a fast paced friendly environment Initiative Reliability
