The primary purpose of the Research Technician III position is to assist the Sequencing Bioinformatics group with downstream analysis of next-generation sequencing data. The Research Technician III will assist in developing strategies for handling and analyzing large datasets, creating scripts (PERL and shell) to automate analysis, track processing, and report statistics.
KEY FUNCTIONS
