G&K Services in Des Moines is hiring 1 full-time RTS production worker.

Individual who works on the RTS Production Floor must:
Duties
1. Must be able to operate all RTS Production floor equipment including: a) RTS Computer b) Must be able to efficiently provide accurate data input during Route Sales Representative check in. c) Must be able to accurately count and record keying of returned non-personalized inventory. d) Must have a strong personal initiative and self accountability. 2. Must be able to use and utilize all safety equipment including the knowledge of when to use it. 3. Must be able follow all verbal and written procedures, directions from Production Manager.
Requirements
1. Must be able to understand simple directions in English. 2. Must have good basic math skills. 3. Must be able to handle repetitive processing of personalized and non-personalized inventory. 4. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. 5. Must be able to handle extreme temperatures. 6. Must be able to be trained in Safety.
Skills needed:
1. Proficient computer skills/Microsoft and Windows based applications 2. Proficient Data entry/Keying skills 3. High resolve of personal and company integrity 4. Willingness to learn and be coachable 5. Ability to withstand peer pressure 6. Not afraid to roll up sleeves and get dirty 7. Maintain open communication lines to Plant Management
