Schedule: Full-time

Description:

Establish and Oversee compliance with the Quality program, policies and procedures
Monitors and evaluates Quality program activities and makes changes as needed
Ensures program component necessary for Regulatory Compliance

Department Specific Criteria:

Coordinates QM participation through out the facility
Maintains systematic data collection for monitoring, trending and reporting of Quality & Pt Safety
Performs QM duties relative to assigned Medical Staff Committees/services
Identifies opportunities for performance improvement
Maintains appropriate Quality files
Participates in New Employee Orientation to Quality/Risk
Communicates effectively with staff and physicians regarding Quality & regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

Current RN License
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
Three years experience in Case Management, UR, Quality Data Abstraction, or a related role with commensurate experience
