Description

We are seeking self-motivated and dependable Inside Sales Representatives to generate leads for a major financial institution to sell loan products to prospective merchants.


Additional tasks of the Inside Sales Representative include:

Analyzing and comparing various loan scenarios after appropriate inquiries and relationship building with the merchant base
Successfully managing call volume in a fast-paced call center environment while achieving sales goals
Developing and maintaining solid team relationships with Enrollment Specialist and on-site financial institution management representatives

Job Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative with Priority, you will call warm leads provided by Lead Generator representatives and various financial institution marketing campaigns to close sales of loan products to merchants.

Additional responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include:

Assuring and maintaining the integrity of the financial institution brand through a professional work ethic and outstanding customer service attributes
Maintaining accurate call note and contact documentation
Meeting other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

As an Inside Sales Representative with Priority, you must possess excellent analytical, time management, comprehension and customer service skills including verbal communication skills, well-developed active listening skills and relationship-building skills. Our ideal Inside Sales Representative is dedicated to pursuing innovation, providing useful and responsive service and giving back to our communities. You must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and management levels with an above average command and use of English. You must also have superb interpersonal and phone communication skills, be able to work productively with all support center personnel and enjoy working in a fast-paced commission-based environment.

Additional requirements for the Inside Sales Representative include:

Minimum 3 years sales experience with a proven track record of success required; lead generation experience preferred within a service and/or call center environment
Advanced ability to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls in a high volume and fast-paced call center
Ability to sell financial products and services
Working knowledge of loan products, interest rates, fees, discount rates and loan terms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to toggle between multiple screens required; experience with software tools preferred
Basic math abilities
Experience in credit card processing, mortgage lending, banking, cash advance, telecom and/or insurance sales preferred

Benefits

At Priority, we understand that our employees work hard, so we offer a base pay of $33,000 to $35,000 per year, $600 to $900 per month in commission and a benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance and a 401(k).
