Our Marketing Consultants sell our services through consultation, by demonstrating that our methodology/system and our people are the most prepared and the most effective in the field.
This is an elite sales/consulting position where a mature sales presence is key, both in person and through the telephone.
Marketers are responsible for scheduling client meetings for new business opportunities, consulting and advising high-level medical professionals, negotiating large retained contracts, and maintaining long term partnerships with our valued clients.
Our Marketers enjoy the prestige of helping hospitals, health networks and medical groups set strategic staffing policy. If you enjoy working with executives in a high stakes consultative position, you will enjoy this role.
This position offers a base salary and benefits plus uncapped commission plan.

Requirements:
*Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build client relationships with medical administrators, CEOs, and other high-level HR professionals.
*Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
*5 years of professional sales experience, preferably working with C-level clientele in an intangible, consultative sales environment.
*Proven, documented success as an individual contributor in a new business development capacity.
*Ability to overcome objections and close business deals.
