Major Job Duties Include: *Lead acquisition and business development initiatives for Bosch Emission Systems Group (BESG) specifically for the retrofit market. *Preparation of quotations; tracking and analyzing opportunities in department sales planning tool. *Develop strong customer relationships and identify/report product market trends/opportunities and requirements to BESG product teams. *Co-ordinate production and sample quotations including price change management. Contract/PO tracking and discrepancy resolution. *Market analysis-preparation and update of presentations. This position will eventually be located in the Kentwood, MI area.
Minimum Job Requirements Include: *Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. *3 + years of Sales/Engineering or Project Management experience with customer interaction. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Ability to track and manage multiple tasks. *Self-starter with demonstrated organizational and team building skills. *Knowledge of exhaust gas after treatment systems in the retrofit market. *Flexibility to travel domestically as required.
Preferred: *5 plus years industry or sales and commercial management experience.
