Exciting responsibilities.
In your role as a Sales Advisor, you can expect to walk into a fun environment built on open, friendly relationships. You'll spend half your time on the phone, answering questions and educating qualified leads about their options. The other half will be interacting with customers in person, making them feel comfortable, working out financing options and collaborating with co-workers. And while your ultimate responsibility is to sell cars, you'll find that you accomplish this goal by providing outstanding customer service.
DriveTime is different than traditional dealerships in our approach. Here, you can relax, knowing we're not into heavy-handed sales tactics or playing games with our customers. We're a new kind of car sales where every vehicle has one honest price - no haggling, no games.
Keys to success.
We're looking for talented and ambitious team players with these qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college
2 to 5 years of current sales/customer service related experience in industries like retail, hospitality, wireless, or call centers
Well rounded experience including a blend of both in-person and over the phone client contact
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Thirst for career development and continuous learning
Good communication skills and listening skills, and the ability to understand and relate to people from all walks of life
Excellent PC skills
Value and embrace diversity
Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug test and a background check
