SCA Technical Instructor: GCSS - Army Warehouse Instructor (Richmond)

Northrop Grumman Technical Services sector is seeking a SCA Technical Instructor to serve as a Warehouse Instructor to support The Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) Program in Richmond, VA. This is a Service Contract ACT position . The candidate will serve as a Retail Supply (Warehouse) deployment team member. This position will function as an Army Warehouse and Materiel Management Automated Logistics Instructor / Facilitator for New Equipment Training (NET) for units migrating from the Army Legacy SARSS STAMIS system to GCSS-Army and includes assisting in the creation and sustainment of GCSS-Army training materials. Duties will also include site preparation, data cleansing, and audience analysis. The selected candidate must learn program-specific training development software packages; work with existing SAP training developers to bridge language and concepts between the legacy SARSS STAMIS to the SAP-based GCSS-Army system; and will update and maintain Retail Supply training materials in accordance with changes to the GCSS-Army software baseline.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Must possess a High Diploma or Equivalent.
2. Must possess a minimum of 6 years experience in the related field.
3. Must be a US Citizen
4. Must have previous warehouse experience operating and/or training Army logistics STAMIS systems; have in-depth knowledge and experience in materiel management using the SARSS-2AC/B;
5. Must have previous experience delivering Platform Instruction
6. Must have excellent written and verbal skills
7. Must have the ability to brief / train a variety of audience ranks
8. Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
9. Must be available to travel 60% of the year.
10. Must be able to stand and / or move around classrooms for extended periods of time and assist in set-up and tear down of classrooms
11. Must pass a preliminary background check, drug test, and be eligible to receive and successfully maintain a corporate credit card
12. Must have or be eligible to obtain a NACLC Clearance.
13. Must possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent


Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; Previous experience operating and / or training SARSS STAMIS. Previous military experience, military / civilian experience developing and maintaining training materials, previous SAP / ERP experience. Instructor Certification.
